Do you take insurance?

When should I make my spa reservation?
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
- All clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notifying the spa (no-call, no-show), will result in a 100% charge of the service value. This charge is non-refundable.
- Spa Cancellation: If the spa cancels an appointment for any reason, clients will not be charged for the cancellation. We value your time and commitment to your health and wellness, and we aim to communicate any necessary changes to your appointments promptly.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Late Arrivals:
- Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure they can receive the full benefit of their session.
- Arriving up to 10 minutes late: We will do our best to accommodate the full time of your scheduled session. However, the session will still be billed for the full scheduled time, regardless of the shortened service time due to late arrival.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Clients will be responsible for the full cash value of the service booked. Due to scheduling constraints and the need to maintain accurate records, insurance billing will not be pursued for arrivals beyond 15 minutes late.
- Accommodating Full Service Time: Please understand that if you arrive late, we may not always be able to extend your session to its full original duration, especially if there are other clients scheduled immediately after your appointment. We will make every effort to provide as much of the service as possible within the remaining time.
What should I discuss with my therapist?
What should I wear?
Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques for your comfort. You may elect to receive treatments in your undergarments. Please remove all jewelry before visiting the spa. We encourage you to wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to change into.
What if I have some physical ailment, disability, or allergies?
Please notify the spa receptionist when you make your appointments, and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended. You will receive an intake form for the service you are receiving on the day of your booking. Make sure to answer those questions thoroughly and accurately.
Should I avoid the spa if I am pregnant?
Your physician can best advise you on which treatments are safe. We also suggest avoiding treatments that use deep pressure and heat.
We discourage massages during the first trimester of pregnancy: The first trimester carries an increased risk of miscarriage. Some therapists are concerned that the increased blood flow during a massage might be harmful.
Should men shave before a facial?
Shaving is recommended, but please do so at least 2 hours prior to your facial.
Can I choose to have a male or female therapist?
If you have a gender preference, please advise the spa reservationist at the time of making your appointment.
How should I handle gratuities?
Treatment and package prices do not include gratuities. The standard hospitality rate for massage tipping is 20 percent. Tips are optional and greatly appreciated by our staff.
Will I be able to purchase the products that are used in my treatments?
We offer a full range of professional spa products so you can duplicate the benefits at home. Ask your therapist or approach our friendly front desk staff, and they'll be happy to discuss the products with you.
Which treatment or facial is right for me?
Our professional aestheticians are available for consultations to offer you a customized treatment based on your skin type. All our facial consults are complimentary for your convenience. *Facial treatment consultations have a cost of $50 that will be applied to the service that you reserve.
What are your policies on teens/minors?
Young adults must be supervised by a parent or guardian while participating in Spa Services, including massage and body treatments, facials, or any one-on-one services.
